A:Sure, we provide sample for approval before production.
2, What is the costing for the sampling, and sample charge refundable or not?
A: The sampling cost is around $50 to $100 deponds on design and fabric. Sample charge is refundable when the order quantity is achieve our MOQ.

1) Ai or eps vector graphic format is preferred and all texts must be converted to outlines/curves
2) Non vector based art in .psd should be created in full size and at least at 300dpi resolution.

3 -Designer put together information from you,and work out the artwork,send back Purchaser Order for approval
4 -After confirm order and leading time, we'll start production procedure once receive the deposit.
5 -If require sample, please add 7 more days to the leadting time. Or our designer will only send back digtal printing file for checking and get approval;
6 -In house printing,cutting,sewing,ironing,quality checking
7 -Quality Checking,we'll send bulk order photo for approval before packing, or you can ask QC agent to factory
8 -Packging
9 -Order release for shipping after receive all the payment.
10- Any issue,please address us within two weeks after receive the goods.We'll invest and consult with you for solution.If it is Joyord"s responsibility,we'll replace them for a discount or free within 7~10 days
